~ Introduction ~

 

Let me start by saying: "It is my BELIEF that full comprehension of the contents of this document will END the ongoing "assisted euthanasia" debate once and for all."

 

I use the word 'assisted' euthanasia in this document due to the fact that if you take your own life without being assisted, there can be no possible blame concerning some other person being involved in your decision to depart from this realm.

 

Understand that there are kindly helpers who are fearful of being prosecuted for any involvement who need to fully understand what is herein stated so that they can feel more secure as they compassionately and mercifully assist those needing to vacate their biological body.

 

Other than a natural 'death' situation where the 'heart' of the individual comes to a halt with no external influence, there are three other ways of 'dying' that I give here.

 

1 - Suicide : The taking of ones own life simply because one is emotionally depressed and ones thoughts are so negative and overpowering that said thoughts 'convince' the individual to kill themselves. This is termed 'mental illness' because it is irrationality and insanity in action. It is also generally a state where the biological body is physically healthy.

 

Mental illness is a state of being wherein the mind of the individual is no longer capable of volitional thought, that is, thought that is under the control of the individual. Instead, the individual finds themselves driven by alien thoughts. The nature of driven thought is intrusive and controlling, manifesting as obsessive, possessive, self deprecatory, confusing, critical, cruel, vindictive, self destructive or retributive.

 

2 - Murder : The unlawful pre-meditated killing of a human being. Murder is an activity inspired by invisible dark thoughts from invisible forces who intrude into the psyche of man similarly as in the above cases of suicide, but in this aspect of 'murder' there is a cruel, vindictive, merciless act invoked through the concept of the V - for Vendetta process. This process is one inspired through 'savage' negative emotions of greed, hatred, jealousy and unforgiving demands of 'justice to be served.'

 

Every 'act' of murder is an act which is illegal and in contravention of God's Holy Command. Politicians and other 'heads' of state invoke rules which in their minds legitimise the killing of others upon whom they fight as their enforcers wage war. The problem with this is that they fail to see that in so doing, they place themselves and their armed forces within the punitive aspect of God's immutable 'Law of equal Return.'

 

3 - Assisted euthanasia : The merciful and compassionate act of helping a 'helpless' person to vacate their ailing biological body so as to release their spirit soul within. Since the 'act' is at the request of a mentally stable person, (or one who was 'compos mentis'* when they asked for the assistance) it follows that those assisting are in no way in contravention of God's command because they are only 'exercising' mercy and compassion.

 

Note: 'compos mentis' - Able to think clearly and be in control of and responsible for your actions.

Note: Those not able to think clearly and unable to ask for release. It is then up to you the individual to decide whether you 'should or should not' assist the person who needs to be released but cannot ask you as such. (I suggest that mercy & compassion prevail)

 

Euthanasia is the 'taking' of ones own life whilst mentally alert and sane or through the compassionate and merciful assistance of family or friends if one has become incapacitated and needs to be assisted to exit the biological flesh.

 

Euthanasia is simply the decision to 'move on' as one exits the biological flesh of this world and returns to the next. Man sees not that ones spirit soul entered the biological flesh from the 'other' world so as to experience 'something' here. The fact is that we all return to the other side, one way or another. Euthanasia is simply a sane way 'out' of ones biological body when it is incapable of sustaining a normal 'life' function.

 

As stated above, there is NO 'death' because the spirit soul within the flesh is eternally 'alive.' The soul never loses 'consciousness' even at the moment its 'exit' from the biological flesh occurs. (Believe it or not it is true)

 

It is regrettable that so many never speak of 'death or dying' until the time is 'nigh.' By then most people are programmed to believe that political rules 'permitting' the 'early' euthanasia exit strategy must be adhered to prior to euthanasia being a 'legal activity.' That is error, follow your own conscience.

 

It is now the time to be pragmatic and take the political 'control over those choosing euthanasia' out of the equation because politicians are not God. For some 'reason' they believe that they are 'as' God with the power to dictate and impose their personal views upon everyone else.

 

Please now begin to understand that 'we' do not need political 'permission' or rules or laws prior to following our own God-given conscience. If you choose to exit the flesh and return to realms of spirit then you do not need to advise any 'authority' of your intent because it is none of their 'business.'

 

It is now the time for all politicians to LEARN from my 'pen' that they have NO 'business' interfering in the lives of other mortals.

~ The 'innate' RIGHT ~
&
Ones 'conscience'

Man has an innate RIGHT to be as God and his inner Light (conscience) dictates, being the RIGHT to be ONLY peaceful and loving and kind and compassionate to all others and to never participate in the control of others or the causing of harm to others through supporting or funding a contra interfering or punitive ideology. (State or Caesar)

This is the 'way' of the FEARLESS TRUE BELIEVER who never fights and never funds the 'warrior' tribe and never FAILS to BE as his conscience dictates. Thus he always goes his way peacefully and always extends his love and aid to the needy, even if those of the warrior tribe demand that he does NOT so do unless he FIRST pay them a 'licence or taxing' FEE. The true believer refuses to pay this fee because they would be funding and condoning and supporting iniquity.

Absolute pacifist believers such as myself ONLY condone, support or fund benign community effort, and we never 'give in' to 'threat or coercion' even if the DARK ones cause us harm.

Why do I say all this? Because within the "assisted euthanasia" debate those such as doctors 'empowered' to obtain the 'drugs' needed to assist the 'dying' are all too afraid to BE as God commands and assist the needy MERCIFULLY because they fear 'reprisal.'

It is I to now show these fearful ones that within the Constitution of the 'government' institution they have the legal RIGHT to follow and obey their own conscience within the Freedom of Religion Acts. This means that they do not have to wait for a 'permission' ruling of State rules because the Constitution overrules ALL State acts.

Please now so BE a 'faithful and true' follower of God and HIS WORD and fear NOT the possibility of repercussions from the IDIOTS who operate illegally through their arrogance or ignorance or vanity simply because they wield a SWORD.

People backed by weapons (non-believers) always hold the 'view' that they have the innate Right to control the lives of others. Please now 'stand UP' and BE 'counted' as one chosen by God to mercifully and compassionately ASSIST THE NEEDY.

Constitutional Law v/s State Law
IN
 "Euthanasia"

The facts of the matter are that the present and ONLY 'debate' on the matter of "Permission to assist an act of euthanasia" have all been based FALSELY on State Law, whereas in FACT it should have and should BE based on the constitutional Freedom of Religion" ACTS, because the RIGHT to take ones life or to assist someone to so do is in FACT a matter of faith, conscience, and ideological belief, and thus NOT a matter of State Law but of the overriding CONSTITUTION.

The belief being, - - - that IF a person is 'cognitive' and peaceful and not carrying out immoral activities, (being the constitutional proviso of the constitutional Act) then if their 'life' is 'ailing' due to one or another illness that is irreversible, OR, - - - if they are being "kept alive" through implants or medications or are needing to be 'fed' by others, they are entitled to bring their earthly life to an END so as to permit their spirit soul to EXIT by any means THEY SO WISH or have so stated as an "End of life" statement prior to becoming unconscious or unable to so communicate.

Constitutional Law overrules, supersedes and nullifies ALL State laws, and a 'pacifist' person living peacefully as God commands can ONLY be legally DENIED their constitutional protection or governance or 'Rights' IF they do "Disturb the peace or carry out immoral activities."

It is THE TIME now for the "End of life" decision of THE PEACEFUL individual to NOT be interfered with by the ideas, ideals or decisions of others. (Politicians and their minions who all ignore the RULES of engagement granted to them by the Constitution of their own institution.)

All doctors and chemists from whom one can obtain the needed means to terminate ones life also need to NOW become conversant with THE LAW OF THE CONSTITUTION so that they "fear not" being persecuted or prosecuted when assisting others to terminate their life LEGALLY. All the politicians and their State officials who try and impose STATE LAW ILLEGALLY and treasonably must simply be IGNORED because it is error for them to exceed the LIMITED operational mandate granted to them by the Constitution.

The constitutional rulings/acts/decrees of the land is in fact the operational mandate granted unto man by THE SOVEREIGN Authority (God) who is THE CROWN.

The Freedom of Religion ACTS permitting the PEACEFUL of moral standing to LIVE as per their own God-given conscience is the FREEDOM granted by God to THE BELIEVERS in God's WORD: "Love one another and go your way in peace." It is also the freedom to LIVE as "free men" and NOT be subjected to the lower controlling and punitive RULES of State law.

Sinful man is CORRUPT and usurps his authority because the very vain and arrogant 'heads of state' believe that it is they and their armed forces who are THE CROWN, and they also believe in their right to overrule the god-given mandate and they thus coerce and try to force the peaceful to join their punitive and warring 'club' by ILLEGALLY and treasonably subjecting the believers to State fine and punishment.

This TREASON is revealed to you by this pen of God, and it is up to YOU the individual to respect the "Wish of God" via the Freedom of religion Acts and to mercifully and compassionately assist the needy in their "last wishes" and NOT be coerced into NON-action by NON-believers.

If you are the chosen doctor or other "End of life" named representative, then our God expects YOU to FEAR NOT and simply ASSIST in the euthanasia request. Our God will do the rest.

~ Constitutional references ~

 

Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act (9th July 1900) section 116

"The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, - and

The Constitution Act 1934 (Tasmania) states:

This document includes a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians. Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion under Section 46(1) of this Act.

Part V - General provisions - Religious freedom

46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.

(2) No person shall be subject to any disability, or be required to take any oath on account of his religion or religious belief.

What is or is not ones 'religion'?

Ones religion is not any of the 'named' organisations such as Islam or Christianity or Buddhism, nor is it the named individuals such as Buddha, Muhammad or Jesus espousing the Policy purportedly ordained by the invisible God.

Ones religion is ones specific ideological code of conduct Policy. A doctrinal Policy followed with great devotion in relation to a ‘way or order’ of existence. Ones religion is espoused by ones 'faith or belief' in the requirements of a supernatural being (God) or other Force. An example of this is evidenced by whether individuals choose to 'follow or engage in' WAR or PEACE.

The Constitution LIMITS and RESTRICTS the powers of lower courts whose activities are 'supposed' to always be subject to the constitutional authority.

COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA CONSTITUTION ACT - SECT 51
Legislative powers of the Parliament [see Notes 10 and 11]

The Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the Commonwealth with respect to:

(xxiv)  the service and execution throughout the Commonwealth of the civil and criminal process and the judgments of the courts of the States;
(xxv)  the recognition throughout the Commonwealth of the laws, the public Acts and records, and the judicial proceedings of the States;

PLEASE note that - Section 51 above states: All State rules/decrees/dictates ARE subject TO the Constitutions of Australia  and Tasmania given above. Any State Constitutional Act applies equally to all States or territories.

It is VERY clear that it is the duty of magistrates to never 'hear' cases in respect of 'Freedom of Religion' because freedom of religion is a constitutional matter which can only be legally 'heard' in the High Court. Powers of magistrates and prosecutors are limited by THE CONSTITUTION.

 

I give below examples of two different "Advanced care Directives" to assist you in how to do the one you will give to your doctor and your chosen representative.

~ Example - A ~

 

Advanced care directive for the end of life of Terence

 

This page is placed within the directive under the section < My values and beliefs & preferences for treatment >

 

Due to my failing heart condition and other illness known by my doctor, it is probable that I will soon become either 'bed bound' or I will become unconscious and unable to communicate with anyone. Due to this I reserve my God-given Right and my Right within the 'Freedom of religion' Acts to terminate my life either prior to or at the time I become unable to speak for myself or I become 'bed bound.'

 

It is my wish to NOT be in a situation where others are required to take care of me and I thus have appointed Mr Wudy as my named representative to advise my doctor (Agomuo) when the necessary medication to terminate my earthly life is required by euthanasia and to also ask for his assistance to so do.

 

It is my belief that since I am 'terminally ill' that I am entitled to enable my spirit soul to exit the flesh, and thus I do not wish for or require to be kept alive by others and I do not wish for any feeding through tubes or breathing apparatus and neither do I wish to be assisted to eat or drink anything.

 

It is my further belief that I have the Right to NOT 'burden' others with needing to house or care for me when I become 'incapable' of looking after myself. Since my ailments do cause me pain and suffering I also reserve the Right to ask for assisted euthanasia at any time prior to becoming bed bound or incognisant.

 

I simply now trust that both my doctor and chosen representative have the courage to do as I ask when they believe the time has come - Terence

Advanced care directive for the end of life of Clemencia

 

This page is placed within the directive under the section < My values and beliefs & preferences for treatment >

 

Due to my Alzheimer's condition the time will come when I am unable to care for myself because my cognitive state will be such that I will require to be cared for 24/7 and possibly housed in a 'gated' place with no freedom and be totally dependent upon others.

 

Due to this I reserve my God-given Right and my Right within the 'Freedom of religion' Acts to terminate my life either prior to or at the time I become unable to speak for myself.

 

It is my wish to NOT be in a situation where others are required to take care of me and I thus have appointed Mr Malaher and Mr Wudy as my named representatives to advise my doctor (Agomuo) when the necessary medication is required to terminate my earthly life by  euthanasia and to also ask for his assistance to so do.

 

It is my belief that since I am 'terminally ill' that I am entitled to enable my spirit soul to exit the flesh, and thus I do not wish for or require to be kept alive by others and I do not wish for any feeding through tubes or breathing apparatus and neither do I wish to be assisted to eat or drink anything, neither do I wish to be forced to live in a 'gated' society.

 

It is my further belief that I have the Right to NOT 'burden' others with needing to house or care for me when I become 'incapable' of looking after myself. Since my 'memory' is already fading and I presently rely on part time care I reserve the right to ask for assisted euthanasia at any time prior to becoming incognisant.

 

I simply now trust that both my doctor and chosen representatives have the courage to do as I ask when they believe the time has come - Clemencia

Note: When a person is using their constitutional Right within the 'Freedom of religion' Acts to appoint a 'named representative' to manage their affairs, one does not need to obtain a 'licence' by fee payment from the Titles office to be appointed or to appoint a Power of Attorney or guardian or other person to represent them and manage their banking or "end of life" care directive in their time of need because, - - - this STATE appointment by registration does NOT apply due to the Constitution overruling ALL State rules/regulations.

 

One merely names a person or persons as their choice of REPRESENTATIVE to act on their behalf in any and all situations, and this appointment as stated in their 'Testament' or 'Will and Testament' prior to them becoming incapable of cognitive decisions does NOT need any State 'fee' payment or registration to be VALID.

I give here a 'standard' letter of consent that everyone needs to give to their family or friends in preparation for what IS NOW TO BE.

 

~ The euthanasia 'love letter' of compassion and mercy ~

This letter of consent is a request to 'John' or/and any other.

 

"Please help me to 'euthanase' if you find that ahead, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am in a dire situation and unable at that time to communicate with you verbally.

I give you my 'blessing' now so that you do not ahead suffer any feelings of guilt irrespective of the 'means' you use to take me 'out' of my misery and set my soul FREE."

Added Notes:

 

Friends, to all of you whom this read. I need to initially advise you all of the spiritual facts of life and state that once we are created by God's energy, that we do live forever in one or another of His/Her realms of consciousness. That being the case means that there is never any 'death' so to speak because God's energy is indestructible.

 

This realm of consciousness (biological) is only 'activated' when a biological body is formed within a woman and once the 'heart' beats a fully adult spirit soul (individual) enters. This spirit soul may have already existed for an eternity and enters from one of the limitless other spiritual realms that exist. The spirit within has a unique consciousness that has nothing to do with any dna or other.

 

It is sent into this realm for a reason that is not given here but is 'somewhere' within my Testament to humanity. This message is to do with the enlightenment of the spirit within the biological flesh, a spirit who needs to experience and learn 'something.' We never 'die' because our consciousness simply exits the flesh as the flesh becomes uninhabitable.

 

Each is known by their deed, and it is not for any government mandate to say it is "legal or illegal" in any way. For whether it is or is not may still leave you individually "on the spot" in the eyes of your God, who sees all occurring on this sod.

 

What it all boils down to is that euthanasia is solely a matter of the "decision" made by the "sufferer" because only his or her decision  matters since it is they and only they who are in that insidious position. Whether they wish to "die" is not up to you or me or any other controller because they and they alone must "decide to abide in the Light.  It is "they" who must take their "own" life when they are in great suffering or in great physical 'strife.'

 

We of course can ‘assist.’  Let "them" take a potion of "Elder’s berry wine"* and take "themselves" to the land divine. Thus their beloveds just held their hand as they took "themselves"* to the promised land.

 

Note: "Elder’s berry wine"* - Any 'potion' or other that will be user friendly and not cause suffering. Gas being fed into a mask placed over ones nose would suffice to assist a person to exit their flesh and return to the realm of spirit from whence their soul existed pre-birth.

 

The use of the drug 'Nembutal' in the form of tablets of liquid or injection will put a person into a deep sleep and then death will follow quite quickly.

 

Note:  "themselves"* - If a person knows that due to their illness that 'ahead,' they may become unable to take their life 'responsibly,' they could naturally ask or leave a letter to a dear friend asking for it to be done on their behalf to assist them when the time is right. Just remember, we all stand in God's sight and He knows our intent and deed. (Merciful or merciless)

 

God's Law always applies: Do unto others a kindly and merciful act and IT will be returned unto you - Do unto others 'murderously' through greed or hate and our God will later be the one to berate YOU.

 

So what it is you must all see is that "regulations" and "acts" all negative be. For if I truly do "cry" through pain and suffering and "need" to die, I need not comply to any "regulatory act" when I with my God make a "legal" pact. I needs but to my loved ones say "Farewell, I go to God today."

 

Euthanasia is "seen" as the painless "putting to death" of a person suffering from a painful and incurable disease or as the result of no longer being able to keep themselves alive for a number of reasons and which causes them to seek to exit their flesh.

 

Any medical practitioner who wishes to assist with their knowledge in "self administered pass-over" is not committing any crime in God’s eyes because she or he is facilitating the wishes of their spiritual sisters and brothers with their loving compassion. This applies to a family member or a trusty friend of the person.

 

When your biological 'body' has reached the age or 'stage' that it cannot carry out the daily 'function' of feeding itself, standing up, or getting out of bed to wash or 'eliminate,' and thus it is dependent upon the goodwill and charity of others, then at that point in time it is perfectly in order to 'exit' and release your spirit to fly away on its eternal journey.

 

It is now "the time" for the System to "bow out" and stop meddling in the private affairs of people, for "manipulation" in God’s eyes is an extremely bad "Policy" with dire karmic consequences.

 

I need to emphasise here and now that the most needed aspect of euthanasia will not be from ones 'body' becoming aged, debilitated or infirm, but though severe injury and infection through escalating insanity and hand to hand warfare.

 

This is soon to become a mass global 'activity' as man turns his 'sword, axe, mace, bow or gun' upon his neighbour. Hospitals will quickly overflow and there will be no doctors or medications available. Millions will suffer horrendously before they 'die.' (karmic suffering)

 

This 'factor' is revealed by my pen as the 'telepathic subjugation of the mind of man' by an 'alien' demonic spirit race from the Dark who presently 'await' the orders of their 'master' to GO into 'battle' via the mind of man. This factor which is to bring society to its knees will also mean that there will be no available services to 'care' for the aged or 'helpless,' and the desperate need for carers to NOW emplace the MEANS to put 'euthanasia' into 'practice.'

 

It follows that due to the global CHAOS that naught will be available to 'buy or sell' and any substance such as cannabis (or other) that can assist to 'numb' the brain of the wounded will be welcomed.

 

If you are unable to access any products and find yourself having to assist a loved one or other, then you will simply have to rely on your own God-given conscience and mind as to 'how' you are going to go about it.

 

A steady minded person who is in control of their faculties has the God-given right and the Right granted within the Constitution to follow their conscience and belief and decide to exit their 'ailing' flesh. In the event that they are unable to do so themselves they can leave such a request with their loved ones to assist them when that time comes.

 

In respect of the 'laws of the land' of man, since the constitutional 'Freedom of religion' and ones God-given civil rights override any State rules/laws, it follows, that one does not need any 'permit' permission for euthanasia to be instigated.

 

Presently on earth there are less than .0001 % true believers in any 'religion' because all 'bow' to the threat and coercion of governments who all have the IDEOLOGY of control, interference, punishment, war and destruction. All presently 'believing' in their 'faithfulness' to God/Allah/Jehovah are still by licence fee or other supporting a FALSE ideology and all MUST now choose to follow THE WORD OF GOD and their OWN conscience or 'die in their sin.'

 

Ends - Terence
